Most buyers arrive knowing their colours and their logo, and much less sure which jersey those should go on. This page is here to settle that. Every custom baseball jersey we make is cut and sewn to order, so the choice of style is yours before anything else is decided, and each style has its own page with the construction detail.
The four styles, and who tends to order them

If you are launching a line, start with two
A brand rarely needs all four in season one. The pattern that works is a game jersey and a practice jersey in the same colour system, so one customer buys twice and your photography does double duty. Most of our clients pick a full-button for the first and a two-button for the second.

Print method shapes the design
Decide how the jersey will be decorated before the artwork is finished, not after. Sublimation puts the colour inside the fabric, so patterns, fades and photographic detail are all possible and nothing can peel; it is the method behind almost every modern tournament jersey. Tackle twill is stitched fabric lettering, heavier in the hand and unmistakably traditional, and it sits best on solid and pinstripe bodies.
Mixing them is normal: sublimate the body, stitch the numbers. One caution — on button-front jerseys, crossing the opening takes extra work, which we explain on the full-button page.
Rosters, names and numbers
Player jerseys are built from a spreadsheet: one row per player with name, number and size. We read from that file rather than from an email thread, which is how spelling mistakes get caught before anything is printed. Adding twenty different names does not change the minimum — ten pieces of one design is still one design.
Fabric, fit and sizes
Bodies are performance polyester interlock, with mesh panels where a team wants more airflow. Sleeves can be set-in or raglan, and piping, pinstripes and contrast panels are cut to your spec rather than picked from a fixed catalogue.
Every style is graded youth through adult and both can travel in one order. Each garment has its own chart in our baseball size charts, published before you order — measure a jersey your customers already wear and compare it before you commit to a size run.
Your label, your patterns
Jerseys ship retail-ready under your brand: woven neck label, care label, hang tag, polybag. The patterns we develop with you stay yours, and your approved sample and Pantone file stay on record so next season's run matches this one. Finish the uniform

Questions buyers ask before choosing a style
Which jersey style sells best for a new brand?
Two-button, in our experience. It suits youth and travel teams, it is the friendliest style for a big chest graphic, and it works as both a game and a practice jersey while a brand is still small.
Can we mix styles in one order?
Yes. Each style is its own design, so the ten-piece minimum applies to each. Ten full-button and ten two-button ship together as one order.
Do sublimated jerseys fade after washing?
No. The dye becomes part of the polyester fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no layer to crack, peel or wash away. Colour holds through normal team laundry.
Can you copy a jersey we already sell?
Send the garment, or photographs with measurements, and we will match the fit, fabric and construction, then produce it with your artwork and your label.
Do you make youth baseball jerseys?
Every style is graded in youth as well as adult sizing, and the two can be combined in a single order. Measurements are published in the baseball size charts.
