Velzyn Wear is a custom baseball uniform manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing jerseys, pants, knickers and jackets for sportswear brands, distributors and teams across the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe.
We do not sell our own label. Every garment that leaves our floor carries yours.
We manufacture your brand, not ours
Most companies selling custom baseball uniforms online are brands. You order from them, and their name sits in the neck of the shirt. That works if you are a coach buying fifteen jerseys for one season.
It does not work if you are building a business.
We are the factory behind the label. You bring the design, the colours and the brand name; we cut, print, sew and finish it, and it ships with your woven label, your hang tag and your packaging. Your patterns and artwork stay yours. If you move production elsewhere in three years, you take them with you.

Order from 10 pieces per design
Our minimum is 10 pieces per design.
Most factories will not open a line under 100, and many quote 500. That forces a new brand to gamble thousands of dollars on a design nobody has bought yet. A ten-piece run lets you photograph a collection, fill a single roster, or test a colourway before you commit capital.
Unit pricing improves at 50, 100 and 250 pieces. Ask for the break chart when you send your enquiry.
A timeline you can plan around
Sample: 7–10 days from the moment artwork is approved.
Bulk: 2–4 weeks after you sign off that sample.
We do not start bulk before sample approval. Ever. You hold the real garment, in the real fabric, with your real logo on it, before a single piece of the main run is cut. If something is wrong, it costs you a week instead of an entire order.
Terms are 50% deposit, balance before dispatch. Orders ship by air or sea depending on size and deadline, with tracking from the day they leave the factory.

Fabric and construction
Jerseys are produced in performance polyester interlock as standard, with lighter and heavier weights available on request. Pants run in a stretch woven built for sliding wear.
Tell us the weight and hand-feel you want and we will match it — or send us a garment you already like and we will source the closest equivalent. Fabric is the one thing your customers notice in the first three seconds, so it is worth a conversation before the quote rather than after the delivery.
Sublimation, tackle twill or embroidery
Sublimation dyes the fibre itself, so the graphic cannot crack, peel or wash out. Right for gradients, all-over patterns and full-colour artwork.
Cut-and-sew tackle twill gives you stitched numbers and lettering with real depth. Right for traditional programmes and throwback designs.
Embroidery for caps, chest crests and sponsor marks.
We will tell you which method suits your artwork — including when the cheaper one is the better one.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF), Pantone references for each colour, and your size breakdown.
No tech pack yet? Send photographs, a sketch, or a garment you want matched. Our pattern team builds the specification with you. Roughly half of our new clients arrive without a tech pack and leave with one.
Sizing, published in advance
Full graded measurement charts for every baseball garment are published as downloadable baseball size charts before you order — chest, body length, sleeve, waist, inseam, every size.
You should never have to guess a size run and find out at delivery. Download the chart, check it against a garment your customers already wear, and tell us if you want the grading adjusted.
Private label and reorders
Your own woven label, neck print, care label, hang tag and polybag. Retail-ready, so stock can go straight to a shelf or a customer.
We keep your approved sample and Pantone file on record. When you reorder in six months, it matches the first run — same fabric, same colour, same fit. Distributors placing repeat volume should read our wholesale production terms.
That is the difference between a supplier and a manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom baseball uniforms?
Ten pieces per design. That is ten of one jersey style, not ten in total across a range. Sizes and player names can vary freely within those ten. Price breaks begin at 50 pieces and improve again at 100 and 250.
How long does a sample take?
Seven to ten days from approved artwork. Samples are produced in your final fabric with your actual logo, so what you approve is what the bulk run reproduces. Revisions are normal — most clients approve on the first or second sample.
How long is bulk production?
Two to four weeks from sample approval, depending on quantity and the number of styles. Orders under 100 pieces usually ship at the shorter end. We confirm a firm date once the deposit clears.
Can I put my own brand label in the garment?
Yes. Woven neck labels, printed neck tags, care labels, hang tags and branded polybags are all standard. Nothing carries the Velzyn name unless you ask for it.
Do you work from my tech pack?
Yes, and we prefer it. If you do not have one, send photographs, sketches or a sample garment and our pattern team will build the specification with you before the first sample is cut.
Will a reorder match my first order?
Yes. We retain your approved sample, pattern and Pantone references. Reorders are produced against that record rather than re-interpreted from artwork, so colour and fit stay consistent across runs.
Sublimation or tackle twill — which should I choose?
Sublimation for full-colour graphics, gradients and all-over prints; it cannot crack or peel because the ink becomes part of the fibre. Tackle twill for stitched numbers and traditional lettering. Many orders use both on the same garment.
Do you produce youth sizes?
Yes. Every baseball style is graded in youth and adult sizing, and both can be combined in one order. Full measurements for each size are published in our baseball size charts.
