Before we cut anything, we need to know exactly what you want built. That's all a tech pack is — your measurements, fabrics, colors, and where the logos go, written down in one place. When we have those details up front, your sample comes back right the first time instead of going back and forth for weeks.
Don't have one? That's fine — most of our customers don't. Send us a sketch, a photo of a jersey you like, or just tell us what you're after. Our design team will build the tech pack for you and send it over for approval before anything goes into production.

Tech Pack FAQs
What exactly is a tech pack?
It's a document that tells us how to build your garment — the design, measurements, fabrics, colors, and where your logos go. Think of it as the instructions our production floor follows so your order comes out the way you pictured it.
Do I need a tech pack before I can order?
Not to get started. Send us a sketch, a photo, or even a sample garment and we'll work from that. But nothing goes into bulk production until there's a tech pack we've both approved — that's what keeps surprises out of your delivery.
Can you create the tech pack for me?
Yes, and we do it for most of our customers. Send whatever you have — rough drawings, reference photos, or just a description of what you want — and our design team will turn it into a full spec sheet and send it back for your approval. There's no extra charge when you produce with us.
What file formats should I send?
For logos and artwork, vector files are best (AI, EPS, or PDF). If all you have is a PNG or JPG, send the highest resolution you've got and we'll tell you if it needs redrawing. For measurements, an Excel sheet works — even a clear photo of a handwritten size chart is enough to start.
How detailed does my tech pack need to be?
The more detail you give, the fewer sample rounds you'll go through. At minimum we need sizes, fabric type, colors, and logo placement. Details like stitch type, trims, and tolerances help — but if you don't know them, we'll fill in the gaps and confirm everything with you before cutting.
Can I make changes after I've sent it?
Yes, as long as sampling hasn't started — just send us the updated version. Once bulk production is running, changes usually mean starting over, which is why we confirm the final tech pack with you in writing before we begin.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Yes. Your designs, artwork, and tech packs belong to you. We don't share them, reuse them for other customers, or show them in our catalog without permission — and we're happy to sign an NDA before you send anything over.
